Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I have a question about rebatching soap. I made a batch of soap yesterday, that riced on me. I tried to safe it and it worked sort off, but this morning when I unmoulded it is was full of visible lumps. I did cut it into bars and there is definitely no lye pockets. Can I still rebatch this?

Thanks for helping :)

Oh thank you, I was so worried that I have to toss the batch in the bin! Now have to do my first rebatch ever

often i just don't worry about it and get it in the mold anyway. this one riced on me, but i love the way it turned out. it's volturi fragrance oil from mms, with activated charcoal in what was supposed to be a swirl. the second it started to rice i poured/glopped into the mold and hoped for the best.

apologies about the huge size, i can't figure out how in imageshack to make pics smaller. any tips welcome!

thank you for the compliment :) i use a stamp i ordered online (can't remember where), pour a little mica in a saucer, press the stamp into the mica before each bar, and gently tap it into the soap with a small hammer. easy peasy :)
