I've been an ebay buyer for ten years, prolly 200 items or so. I have never left negative feedback. Once I was SOOOO livid because the ($175) item was not the one in the picture, and they were "yeah? so? it's close enough." with me on the phone (after many ignored emails) that I left nuetral... and my heart was beating so fast while I was doing it too lol... I was so nervous about it too, but I really felt justified.
I always read feedback, first a few positives, then I search for the negatives... almost all negative feedback I dismiss as the buyer's fault - it's obvious that they are wrong. My favorite at this time of year was "It didn't arrive in time, it was supposed to be a gift!!"... of course, the sale was December 19th... um, why would a seller deserve negative feedback because you waited til the last minute to buy it.
