In a website product description, is there a legal/ethical/moral way to say that a fragrance is a duplication of a commercially-popular fragrance? i.e.; Bergamot and Coriander BBW dupe. Opinions? I know ya got 'em!!

How about saying something along the lines of "smells like a popular scent from a well known body care product company".

Can't see how there could be a complaint about that.

My sister has been asking me to make a eucalyptus spearmint dupe of the BBW scent. If she were looking for a soap and it was named eucalyptus spearmint and the description were something similar to the statement above she would know immediately what you were trying to say.

So the people who are looking for (or are familiar with) that fragrance would know what you're talking about and the people who don't know would wonder!

Sounds reasonable, Prairie. In the case of scents with peculiar names, such as Moonlight Path, I suppose the name should be changed? It's the name on the scent bottle, but I don't think I'd be completely comfortable calling it that. A Walk in the Moonlight, or some such thing.
