According to http://www.soapcalc.net/calc/SoapCalcWP.asp pine tar has no values for any soap properties, it appears to be only a filler. Is it just a filler or does are its soap properties unlisted?

Pine tar doesn't saponify but it does react with NaOH. That's why it's listed as a "fat", so your recipe includes sufficient NaOH to react with the pine tar as well as react with the real fats in your recipe. If you didn't account for the NaOH consumed by the pine tar, your superfat would be higher.
There are a few other fat-like ingredients on the soapcalc list that don't actually saponify but do consume NaOH. Lanolin, neatsfoot oil, pine rosin are others that fall in that category I believe.

Is it the same as aloe butter?
Please explain why you think pine tar may possibly be the same as aloe butter.
Pine tar is added to soap because many people like how it helps sooth the skin in some situations where people have skin problems. Of course this makes the soap medicinal. So, no, it is not a filler.
