Well, like I promised.....I cut my first batch into slices and here's what it turned out like.
I think it looks great considering it looked like "mashed potatoes" when I poured it into the mold and it didn't have any of the green (which was a terra cotta when it first was blened) coloring that I'm sooo glad came out now...... Also, I hope these pictures show up here.... I took them with my cell phone.

Again, that's everyone who helped me to not sweat over it and to just calm down.... You all are sooo great!!!

The first batch is so exciting - but wait could that be the call of that siren called the Soap Addiction? Yup - welcome aboard!
 
Well I hate to tell you this but......You are now officially addicted to soap :wink: Congradulations :)
 
Your first batch and you're dabbling with colours? that's brave :)

Congratulations! it's like having a baby (not that I would know of course)

I couldn't wait I had to try my soap..... OMG..... I loved it..... the lather was great and it made me feel cleaner than store bought soap.
I even used it as a shampoo and WOW , I have to say I didn't think I could do something this good.... :lol:

Now I can't wait to get my supplies and start making more..... YES.... I'm addicted :oops:

Will there be a cure for this addiction??? :lol: :wink:
