PETE #1 container for soap batter container in lieu of condiment bottle?

I'm guessing this is a really dumb question. Consider it your entertainment for the evening.
Our honey comes in PETE 1 containers. I know I can't use them for lye solution, but has anyone tried using these with soap batter?

Everything I’ve read has said that PET should not be used to hold raw soap batter.
