Here's another photo of my attempt at peppermint. I used filtered cucumber juice and peppermint tea for the liquid and infused the oils with peppermint leaves.
I wonder if the green on the top and bottom are from the cucumber. I hadn't used cucumber before. This batch was very wet for a long time! Seemed to be oozing oil/liquid for 2 weeks! I waited and cut it after it dried out. It's about 4 weeks old not and curing pretty nicely. Will need much more time before it's ready for use. Sorry about the plastic wrap seam.
