I’m looking at ways to make my original recipe vegan. Attached are both my original as well as the vegan version. Does this look okay? Do you have any recommendations?

I think it looks OK - what one person thinks is great another may not like, so it's really up to you to experiment. How is the price of Rice Bran Oil over there? I'd use that instead of sunflower oil just because I think it performs better, but again, that's personal choice.
Why the unusual percentages? You could round up or down - 30% palm, 15% CO, etc. This would mean you are not having to weigh out fractions of grams, which is impossible unless you have a jewellers scale.
Most people don't use more than 5% castor because it can accelerate trace and also cause the bar to be a bit softer, but there's no law against using 9% if that's what you prefer. You could increase the OO to 20%.

I don't think that you need both sunflower and olive oil. I would choose one or the other. Olive oil will give you higher conditioning and creamy lather numbers. I never use more than 8% Castor oil because too much Castor oil may result in a sticky soap.

I concur with @lsg. Use High Oleic Sunflower oil or Olive oil. If you can’t source HO sunflower, use the olive oil. Not all HO sunflower oil is labeled as such. Check the label for 11% monounsaturated oil or higher and you’ll know it’s HO.
Here’s an example:
365 by Whole Foods Market, Organic Sunflower Seed Oil, 16.9 Fl Oz

I note that one SO on Amazon that’s HO and winterized has 12% monounsaturated oil, however, several that are listed as HO have only 8-9% monounsaturated oil. The lesson for all of us is to check the label.

When I have made vegan soap with Palm Oil and high Castor Oil, it has had a waxy/sticky quality to it. I am about to try PO again for the first time since pre-Covid, but will limit CO to 5% in a test batch. If that doesn’t feel right, I’ll have to reduce CO further or eliminate it. And if that doesn’t work, I’ll go back to my favorite palm-free but much pricier vegan recipe.

Try some 1 pound test batches of your recipes to evaluate them @Liorasol. Let us know how they come out!
