I’m looking at ways to make my original recipe vegan. Attached are both my original as well as the vegan version. Does this look okay? Do you have any recommendations?

I think it looks OK - what one person thinks is great another may not like, so it's really up to you to experiment. How is the price of Rice Bran Oil over there? I'd use that instead of sunflower oil just because I think it performs better, but again, that's personal choice.
Why the unusual percentages? You could round up or down - 30% palm, 15% CO, etc. This would mean you are not having to weigh out fractions of grams, which is impossible unless you have a jewellers scale.
Most people don't use more than 5% castor because it can accelerate trace and also cause the bar to be a bit softer, but there's no law against using 9% if that's what you prefer. You could increase the OO to 20%.

I don't think that you need both sunflower and olive oil. I would choose one or the other. Olive oil will give you higher conditioning and creamy lather numbers. I never use more than 8% Castor oil because too much Castor oil may result in a sticky soap.
