Newbie from Michigan, Hello All

Hello everyone. I am glad to be a part of this forum. I am new to soap making by way of default. I received a bar of M&P soap as an X-Mas gift from my co-worker. I used it and loved it. I asked her if she sells it, but she said no, she'll give me some more at Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc. Naturally, I decided to make it myself. So far, I've made several bars of M&P soap (and had a blast doing it). So now I have all the supplies I need for CP (except litmus paper) and I'll probably be making my first batch in a day or two.

I know I'll need ALL TYPES OF ADVICE for both methods of soap making.

Welcome to The SMF! We have experts in both areas of soap making. I am a CP soapier and do only goat milk soaps. I started making CP GM soap over 2 years ago and that all I've ever done! Love it! Welcome again!
