I am new to the whole soap making thing and I am looking to create a daily facial cleanser that is also good for problem/blemished skin.

I've read about everything including the Oil Cleanse Method which many people have had bad breakouts from. I've looked at many recipes and 99% of them included pureed food which is not what I'm looking for. I want something I can bottle and is non perishable. Here is something I'm thinking of doing.

A mixture of honey powder, oatmeal powder (colloidal), and kaolin clay. I read about honey being real good so I thought honey powder, oatmeal powder for it's benefits, and a bit of kaolin clay for its benefits. To make it mild and usable as a daily facial cleanser I was thinking of mabye 2 parts honey to 1 parts each of the oatmeal and kaolin.

On the side I would make a floral water using Lavender and Geranium essential oil pre-mixed in water using polysorbate.Mix a bit of the water with a bit of the powder to make your cleanser and away you go.

Would this work as a daily cleanser? If so what quantities of each powder would you use? Do I need to included a liquid soap or glycerin to make it effective or will it clean as is?

Ok I plan on making some liquid castille soap. I can use some of this.

How about adding aloe vera gel to the water mixture? How much should I add. As for the soap I'm sure a 50/50 with water is fine, may 25% aloe vera gel?

As for the powders, any recommendations on amounts. I'm thinking more honey powder since its milder. Don't want to overdo the oatmeal and clay. Using clay daily can strip too much, and the oatmeal acts like an exfoliate as well so don't want to do it.
