Hi, I am looking for a natural recipe for a vegan (no honey/bees wax) under eye serum or balm?It can just be the base as will play about with the eo's myself.
Hi Sally, I would love a balm. But I think its better to research on the suitable oil to be use for making eye serum/balm. Reason is the the skin around the eyes are more dedicate. Be careful on the EO you choose too.
