I am really having fun with the goat milk. I have gone through 3 quarts! Here are the soaps that I have made so far...

The first two are Orange Spice. I added tapioca pearls to 1/2 and poppy seeds to the other half of the batch... This is my mom's fav scent and they are leaving for FL for the winter, so I made a 6lb batch to send with them! They seized up on me. I think it was because I added the GM when it was pretty cold to the emulsified oils. I was glad it wasn't a total loss...

This is rosemary mint. My sister loves this scent, and I like it a lot too... this is an in the pot swirl attempt colored with spirulina. I was pretty happy with the results.

This is creamsicle. It smells so yummy! I beveled the edges with a carrot peeler.

That's all for now!!

Very beautiful! So the white things are the tapioca pearls? Does that add conditioning?

Couldn't tell they seized, they are beautiful!

I don't think so, I think they just add bumpy massage things...but this is the frist time I have used them.

Thanks for the compliment!

I didn't realize that a potato peeler would do such a great job on
beveling the edges -- thank for the photo!

All the soap looks great! Your family must love having you make
soap for them.

I'm with LJA! I think RM is my favorite to date that I've soaped. your swirl looks awesome!

Nice job on all the soaps!!

Pretty soaps! I'd love to try the soap with the poppy seeds, I bet it's great for exfoliating! :D

Poppyseeds are great! Because they're sort of spherical they're not scratchy like some other things are.

Pugmom, the spirulina swirl looks awesome.Something else to try!

:)

Love, Love, Love the green swirls. I make GM soap and have been wanting to try adding some color swirls to mine. I am fairly new to making soap, so I really don't know how to do that yet! How did you keep the soap from getting dark? Mine sometimes turns out a little dark and I wasn't sure if color swirls would look good or not. I am going to read up on it! Also, did you use whole poppy seeds?

Beautiful soap!
