Morphing colors.. ???

Argh. I just made a beautiful batch of Blueberry Pomegranate - I used B/P juice for the liquid and it gave it a gorgeous purpley color. Then I pulled some out and added blue mica for a swirl. Now it's been in the mold for a little while and the main (originally purpley) part is now orangey and not at all purple.. ??

how did that happen!?! lol from purple/blue to orange!! woooo... maybe there were two things that didnt react very well between the mica and the B/P??
