It could be the RBO, NOT because of the oil itself since many folks have used it with no problem, but simply because it has gone bad. As I said previously, you can't use the purchase date to start the clock, you have to use the process date. Check with your supplier...find out when they received it because they could be one of several 'middlemen'. Are they receiving it freshly produced, or are they receiving it from another supplier?
