Hi soapers,
I think my first try went bad.First here is my recipe.

Olive 27.2oz
Coconut 14oz
Caster 6oz
Soybean 15.3oz
Lye 9.1oz
Water 23.5oz

While cleaning up noticed I forget the Caster Oil. The batch did trace and molded fine. Will be De-molding tomorrow. Will this batch work after the cure. Was going to cure 4 - 6 weeks. Hope this will work. Wife might kill me if I did this wrong. She is against me starting a new hobby.
Thanking you in advance,
Darrack and Hayley

You need to dump it in a crop pot, add the castor and 3 more ounce of olive oil. Even with the castor added, it would have had zero superfat, without the castor it will be lye heavy and not safe to use. If you add 3 more oz of olive oil and castor, it will bring the superfat up to 4%

Yep, what Obsidian suggested. If you don't mind me asking, why no superfat? Was it just forgotten when the recipe was calculated?

Yes and will try to add the castor and olive. First need a crock pot. Wife will kill me if I use her good one.

Ok Wife gave me her Crock pot. Will rebatch and add the caster and extra olive. Re-did my recipe ........

Olive 30.2oz
Coconut 14oz
Soybean 15.3oz
Coco Butter 3oz

Caster 6oz as supper fat(hope that right)

Water 23.8oz (might make it 24oz for easy weighting)
Lye 9.1oz

Waiting to hear from the Experts on here.
