I was trying to figure out a way to get temperature sensitive ingredients into my HP soap (EOs and lanolin mainly) and I came up with the idea of using a meat grinder. So I waited for my soap to cool, stuck it through the grinder on a coarse setting and broke up the resulting soap 'spaghetti' into little pellets. Then I put the pellets into a bowl, stirred in my additives and stuck through another couple of times on a finer setting and when I'd finished, stuffed the soap into my little soap tins. Turned out quite well, nice smooth and even consistancy and the tops are all nice and smooth. The only thing is it doesnt seem to be quite as hard as when I've stirred things in by hand. Still pretty good though.
