measuring

I am new to all of this. Could someone tell me if the measurements in the recipes (24 oz olive oil, 32 oz water, etc.) are all these measured with a scale, or are some of these done with measuring cup? This might be a stupid question, I just want to make sure I know what I'm doin before I get started.

Not a stupid question at all. It's smart to ask rather than make a mistake. You need to weigh them on a scale for accuracy.
