I'm looking to make bath bombs, and possibly perfume oils, and would like to add a whiskey or bourbon scent to these.... however.. I'd like it to be as natural as possible, with no synthetic fragrances or additives. Does anyone know of a good place I could get the fragrance online or how I would do it myself? How would I boil it down, and does it still retain it's fragrance afterward?

thanks :D

You wouldn't be able to get any online that weren't synthetic fragrances.
Also, I don't really think you'd want actual bourbon or whiskey in a bath bomb. I'd think it might burn a little.
If you were going to do this, I'm not sure why you'd have to boil it down?

just curious, why do you want to smell like whiskey?

A. A. craft market coming up?

We've got rum 'essence' in the bakery section. No alcohol, just the taste and smell. Maybe that would work?
