Lip balm question

I normally use tubes but this time I bought these cute little hearts. They looked so good until it hardened up and now there are bubbles in it. I used my blow torch heating thing (not sure what to call it) and melted the tops and now they are fine. How to prevent the bubbles? I used a dropper to put the liquid in. Is that my problem?

Yes, I am full of questions today. I have had a few days off work and have been in creative mode

Probably due to the dropper but don't know fer sure. I always just pour my balm straight into the tubes from the pan. I tried the dropper method once but found that the balm would cool too much before I could get it into the tube.

My only suggestion would be to tap the hearts right after pouring to see if you can pop the bubbles. Also maybe give each heart a stir with a toothpick.
