Labeling in ontario

I was wondering how I add colours to the ingredients list as well as EO and FO? I am pretty sure that FO can be written as Parfum but what about EO?

Colourants need to be listed. Essential Oils must be listed by their botanical name. You also need to complete your Cosmetic Notification Forms with Health Canada, there are specific laws dealing with labeling and non-compliance.
