Hello, I have been reading the soap making forum for about 3 months now. I have made several batches of soap and yesterday made my first batch with buttermilk and oatmeal. So far it looks good. Just want to let everyone know how much I enjoy this site and l am learning so much. Not much of a poster so you will not hear much from me but I will be on!!!

I love buttermilk in soap. I meant to do a buttermilk/oatmeal/honey soap last month. Got it all together, added the honey, scented it with OMH and poured it into the mold. I was so proud of myself. Then I realized I had forgotten to add the oatmeal. Looong scream!
This hobby will drive me crazy yet.
