Time to unmold and because we came to the conclusion at time of pour that our mold was too big we substituted several smaller molds which we did not have time to line...I know, BIG mistake...
So this morning I pulled them out of their molds by using a stainless knife and edging around the sides and then soundly thwacking them on the counter...So the bottoms are a little rough from being forced out. I kind of smoothed them out by running my finger over the bottoms and they look better..
But I am still happy I figure I can cut the roughness off, save the scraps and use them for other things I've read about...
I tested the ph and its officially down to about a 7 so were good to set them aside and let them cure...
And already thinking about my next batch..The funny thing is, my hubby is too...lol
