Ok so I was making tallow today and a drop of the melted tallow got on my pot's lid. So when it cooled I was compelled to (out of pure curiosity) wipe the drop off with my finger and rub it on my lips like lip balm. Right when I did it I thought, "Did I really do that?!" lol
Then I noticed how incredibly moist my lips were! They were soft and smooth and didn't feel greasy at all! So, has anyone else used pure, freshly rendered tallow on their lips? If not, you should try it... just once...just a tiny bit! :wink:
