Here's a good article on Ingredient Obsession from Robert Tisserand that I recently posted on my FB page. I see ingredient obsession happen a lot and a lot of it is based on misinformation that gets spread across the internet. Some of it is fellow B&B makers that spread the bad info and it annoys the bejesus out of me. LOL
