I'm assuming you're ok?? I truly hope so. This could have been disasterous, could have caught fire and really caused some damage. I'm too afraid of things blowing up (not that they would) in my microwave so I never go more than 2 min at a time when melting oils but I'm a whimp - I won't oven process for the same reason, for some reason I feel safer (though its probably not) using the cp to melt oils.

Please let us know if you're ok and thanks for the lesson to say the least.
