I'm new to the forum and need some help

We've been making soap for about 10 years and recently I saw a bar encased in felted wool. I do felted wool projects, but couldn't figure out how they were about to felt the wool so tightly around the soap. Any help?

If you go to about.com, the soapmaking section, there is actually a video there about making felted wool soap. Check youtube also. Just do a search for felted wool. I know I have watched a couple of videos on the subject and I know they were on one or the other of those places.
