LOL, sweetorangeblossum...we use that word in Georgia too! Means the same thing here as "tacky" or "cheesy"...as in "OMG, did you see the cheesy shoes she was wearing...bless her heart."
BTW, I give our chincey beads to the Sunday school teachers to give out as prizes when we come home from Mardi Gras every year...the kids LOVE them, LOL! We only keep a few doubloons and a few strands of the "good" beads.
