I a person chooses to go into business as a manufacturer, and people pay for said product, some will be happy, some not so. That's part of being in business.
Everybody has a right to pass along their opinion of this product based on their personal experience. It's called freedom of speech, and you take the good with the bad. I bet if another member was on here praising his products to the heavens he would have no problem with that. I believe that the comments made related to the product, not the person selling the product. See the difference?
There was nothing inflammatory, rude, slanderous or malicious about the comment/s made regarding this product. It was one members experience, and dissatisfaction.
BUT for the business owner to make a personal attack on a previous customer (I believe the moulds were bought through a co-op, so obviously somewhere along the line, someone else was less than satisfied, otherwise they would have held onto them) is extremely rude, inappropriate and unprofessional, and speaks tonnes about their business ethic.
