I don't advertise anything since I don't sell my soap. I do this for myself and my family. I call it a luxury bar because it's very conditioning, mild, and creamy.

I used to do HP and I would think it would dry out and harden during whipping unless you had an awful lot of liquid in the batch. And adding extra liquid isn't such a good idea, because the soap will take forever to harden and will warp.
It was a warm day so I gelled these in the sun in the bed of my pickup truck.
This would be my guess too. I use a potato masher for HP. It mashes really nicely, you can get a pretty smooth consistency. I also mix in a bit of sodium lactate just before I scoop it into the molds, find it really does help smooth it out.
I'm lost- why would you use a potato masher for HP?
If I recall a lot of people like to use it because its an easier way to mash down the HP soap when it starts to volcano and turn into itself in addition to mush out any lumps.
