How to make a creamy body scrub?

I am new to making lotions and body scrubs, I would like to make a creamy body scrub that does not leave the skin drenched in oil. What type of products do I use and are there any recipes for one?

Google swiftcraftymonkey for the best formulating blog around. Swift has a great recipe for an emulsified scrub that is creamy and not oily at all. I love it.
