For coffee soap

6 ox lard
6 oz olive oil
15 oz coconut
3 oz castor

4.55 lye
9 oz goat milk

2 tbs coffee grounds
2 oz coffee FO

Should I do it different?

What'd you call me?!?

;)

Sorry, I had to... (look at your subject if you don't get it :))

It looks pretty high on the coconut to me.

Ha ha!!

I agree though, high in coconut. According to soap calc it will be very hard, and very bubbly, but also awfully cleansing. I wouldn't be able to use this soap, although I have very sensitive skin so take that with a grain of salt.

Yes Ox lard..don't you know I keep a pet ox in my garage and he offers his lard to me freely?!?! I thought you all knew that??

So should I lower the coconut? What should I replace it with? What would you lower it to?

LOL, I didn't even catch the "ox lard!"

I don't use lard, so I'm not sure what it brings, but you could swap the amounts of coconut and olive oil.

i would do this
lard 8
co 8
oo 12
castor 3 the bubbles and creamy are good.

I wonder is the same people that sell the "20 Mule" borax also sell the "6 ox " lard? :)
