Help! What's going on here? Gel?

I generally zap check my gelled soaps when I cut them. So, somewhere in the 18-24 hour range. I wouldn't zap test ungelled soaps for a few days.

Thank you, I am considering a) the colour wasn't what I expected from bright red powder and b) I freaked at the hel phase!
