Hi,
I am new to all of this.
My first question is I use Germaben II. Can I use this in oils too?
What is the preservative you use in your products?
Also I mailed an item to CA and they said my cream liquified? Any suggestions on this? It had mango butter, shea butter, glycerin, germaben, almond oil, and vitamin e?

Thanks. I want to make sure to give everyone a good product.

AS for the liquid cream... I assume your creams melt into the skin right? The skin is 98 degrees, that means if your cream reaches 98 degreed it is going to melt. It gets hotter than that in delivery trucks in summer months. Most people have certain items they will not mail in warmer months for that reason making it a season product or a product for pick-up only.

If I mail an item I expect to melt, like whipped shea, I will cold pack it.

for preservatives I'd suggest doing some big searches here through
the forums but honestly the suppliers will have all the info on the
prouduct listing on how it can be used like in oils or not or in what
percentages is it safe in which applications and it is stable in what
range of pH levels.... etc... That stuff is really important to know.
