I've been working up my courage to try CP soap making for several weeks, reading everything I could find on the subject via the internet, watching How To videos, and reading books at the library.
I finally decided to order my first batch of lye... and then after doing that I found a website where I can purchase an entire kit with everything to make CP soap, including the lye (pre-measured), mold, 2 oz of 2 scents of EO, pre-measured oils - hard and soft, 12" thermometer and a How to book. So now I'll have an entire kit which makes 8 pounds of soap. And more lye on its way - :? but I guess I'll be ready to make my next batch that way!! The only thing I'll need to purchase is a scale and a stick blender.
I can't wait.
