My name is Justine, and I've been a lurker for a while on this site. I've decided to be brave and finally join!
I started a couple years ago attempting to make soap. I liked it, but wasn't in love with it. We then had an emergency kitchen remodel done due to a leak in a wall that ruined everything. All my soap making items had to be packed away. Fast forward a year and half later I found my stash of equipment but couldn't bear to part with it. So I ordered some new oils and lye and decided to give it a shot again.
Turns out that I still wasn't in love with just making soap. However, I AM in love with making bath bombs, Epsom salt cakes, scrubs, etc! Can't get enough of it, and I love developing my own recipes for them! This obsession has grown, and I now have some solid recipes for various items and will ultimately be taking the plunge into selling at craft fairs, etsy, etc.
Can't wait to continue to learn from the other members and finally interact!
