My name is Rene. I'm 33 with a family of 4. I made my very first batch of soap on Valentine's day and I'm hooked. It was a very simple, 2# recipe with canola oil, sunflower oil, lard, olive oil. I'm anxiously waiting for it to cure so I can use it! I look forward to exploring this site and making more soap!

I'm from Fishers, IN (northeast side of Indianapolis).

And yes, I'm addicted already! I'm already thinking about making soaps as gifts and maybe down the road selling them. WAY down the road! I checked out pictures and there are some very creative people on here!
