Hello everyone just joined this forum and very happy i found it. I am based in the UK but it does not matter as i think people idea's and advice could come from everywhere.

Hello and welcome! You're right that the basic info is the same but some words will be a little different. For example, we call sodium hydroxide "lye" and I've noticed UK members sometimes refer to it as caustic soda. But I don't believe there is enough of a difference to cause confusion. :grin:
