I ran out of body wash a couple of months ago and used a commercial bar of soap for the first time in years. I hated how dry my skin felt, so I looked for alternatives and bought a handmade bar of soap. I will never go back again! I immediately began reading everything I could get my hands on and have been researching the topic intensively for the last few months. The entire process of soapmaking appeals to me and I can't wait to start. This forum has been a spectacular resource and I admit, I've been lurking the last few months, but just signed up today. I've got my supplies and I'm ready to make my first batch. Wish me luck! It's so nice to meet all of you!
