Good liquid hand soap base?

Can anyone recommend a nice, gentle liquid hand soap base? Needs to be detergent based.

I've used a base from Elements Bath & Body and thought it was nice. They have several, and I don't remember which one I used - sorry!

NDA has some bases. I have their Marigold Eye Cream base, and love it, but can't speak to their other bases.

This one is nice, and they also have some other nice bases. While they call it soap I question the fact, here is the ingredient list taken from EBC site.

Their body butter base is amazing! I have some of their liquid soap but have not tried it yet.
