@Zany-in-CO try fitting the INCI for all that on your label! Sounds wonderful though.
For that soap I use WSP's original Oatmeal Milk & Honey. And yes, it has colloidal oatmeal, goat milk and honey in it. It's very popular.
What is BenzionYum, I like this idea! I have benzoin and haven’t used it much.
Benzoin resin is obtained from the bark of several species of trees in the genus Styrax. It is a common ingredient in incense-making and perfumery because of its sweet vanilla-like aroma and fixative properties. It can be used to add a vanilla scent to soap. What is Benzion
Hey thank you for that. It has been a while since the forums. So please bare with me while I catch up. I guess it doesn’t turn the soap brown?Benzoin resin is obtained from the bark of several species of trees in the genus Styrax. In addition to the information above, there’s more information here: https://www.aromaweb.com/essential-oils/benzoin-absolute.asp including information on safe usage. As I recall, it did cause tan discoloration in the soap I made. What is Benzion
Mmmmmm. Benzoin resinoid is delicious. It's not an essential oil or a fragrance oil. it smells very vanilla-y and chocolate-y. I like to use it in my hot cocoa themed soap and my orange/cocoa butter soap. What is Benzion
Um, ahem, I'd prefer to stay dressed, thank you very much, which I think is best for all involved....So please bare with me while I catch up.
