Why?
Making cold process soap creates glycerin, it really isn't necessary to add more. Excess glycerin can cause your soap to "weep" and feel sticky because it draws moisture, so I wouldn't recommend adding it unless you are making something like a shaving soap.
If you want to add more anyway, I would add a very small amount (maybe 3-5% max) to a test batch to try it.
