FO not suitable in cold process

If a fragrance oil says it is not suitable for cold process soap, can you use it in hot process? It's listed safe for melt and pour, and bath bombs, so it's not a skin safety thing. I've been making soap for several years, and usually just avoid scents that aren't for cold process, but this one I missed that in the description when I was ordering.
 
If it is safe for melt and pour and bath bombs but not CP soap, I would expect the issue is the fragrance will not make it through the high PH plus temperature changes of saponification. That would make it unsuitable for hot or cold process soap.
