I just returned from my first Farmer's Market sale and it was successful. I got so many great comments and people actually bought my soap and lotion bars. They were actually handing me cash!!! I sold out of my gm Calendula bars and the lotion bars. I can hardly beleive it. Until now I have mostly given my soaps to friends and family for gifts or whatever. Someone who purchased soap from me at the Market coordinates another market in the area that has more of a craft focus and she invited me to display at that market.

I can't tell you how big of a deal this is to me since I have been unemployed for some time and the job market just seems to be going nowhere.

Anyway my point is that I owe a big portion of this to what I have learned from all of you and this great forum. I'm off to make more soap and lotion bars!

Thanks to you all.

Congratulations :!: :!: .That must make you feel so happy and now you get to make more :D

yay!! Isnt it an amazing feeling?? Always take pics, you will be glad to look at them later and see how you used to set up and the changes you will make as you get experience, great for fun and business!

That's fabulous! I love to see people enjoy my soap, and to actually get money too is an added bonus.

Here's to your success!

Thats brilliant, well done

There you go, maybe you can get more places to sell and you wont be having to look for a job anymore - if that is what you want

That's wonderful!!! It's a marvelous feeling to turn our pleasures into cash, and to know that others are enjoying our efforts as well!

Keep up the great work!
