First batch, just unmolded

I just unmolded my first batch of CP soap. Zap test is good. But the tops and bottoms of my soap are falling off as I cut. Should I re-wrap and leave for longer?

how long did u let it set before unmolding and cutting?

it was 24 hours, i've since covered the rest back up and will check on it tonight again. from the looks of it, it was gelled all over except the outsides.

Yeah, mine does that when I get a partial gel. I've been forcing gel on most of mine in my log molds by putting in the oven at 170 to really get the gel going... I do not like un-gelled soap.
