I decided to make Pine Tar soap. My favorite nephew ( don’t tell the rest

) has been bugging me to make a dupe of Squatch pine tar since I started making soap. I used pumice, activated charcoal and colloidal oats. I used classic bells tip of splitting the oils and adding the lye to one half, and the pine tar to the other half. I used aloe Vera juice for my liquid, and sodium lactate to make unfolding easier. For fragrance I used Satsuma from Crafters Choice and just a titch
View attachment 81227of Cedarwood EO. I’m the soda ash queen, and I’m embracing it on this soap since it gave it some character. It’s not a sexy swirl like I usually do but overall I’m happy with it.
