Hello.
I would love some feedback on my shower gel recipe, particularly if it needs an emulsifier or not. If it does then what to use?

Here is my tentative recipe. It is untried as yet as I am waiting on some of the ingredients.

Water
41%
Glycerine
3%
Rose hydrolate
18%
Xantha gum
1%
Decyl Glucoside
8%
Brine Water
8%
Coco Glucoside
11%
Sweet almond oil
11%
Citric acid +/- for PH
0%

Im wondering about using both Xanthan Gum and brine water. The salt is a thickener as well. You will likely need an emulsifier. I use Cromollient at 1-2%. Its relatively cheap and has some great qualities without reducing foaming.

I get it at Formulator Sample Shop.
