I thankfully haven't had a problem with them..I ordered quite alot of the lye and am just now getting to my last bottle..and that was almost 2 yrs ago and my lye is working just as good as it was on day 1.
I also ordered a large amount of the coco butter, and when it got to me, one of the 1lb packages had leaked everywhere {its hot in Tx
} but when I called them and told them Id like to have a portion of what Id lost replaced, they offered me the whole shipment..I of course refused that {kicked myself later for being so blasted honest haha} and just asked for the 1 lb, which they sent promptly.
Idk if I will order again from them again because of the irresponsible way of how they handled that lye fiasco however if I can find the lye cheaper elsewhere..might even just go with the Roebic brand at my local Lowe's store.
