Hi, My Friend , i want to start my own business in Making Natural Soap in Egypt , I know the two method but which the better for me , Use Cold Process or Hot Process. The curing time is very important for me but also the quality is important .

It depends. Hot process soap is said to retain fragrance better, but the soap comes out looking a little lumpy. Cold process soap is good if you want to do swirls, textured tops, etc. I like to do hot process when I'm just making pure coconut soap for use in the kitchen & bathroom sinks because the soap becomes very hard after only a few days and I don't really care if it's not too pretty, but for soaps that I want to give as gifts or even when I'm just in the mood for an interesting soap, cold process is good because I can really play with how the soap looks. Also, cold process is necessary for milk, beer, wine, etc. soaps because if you tried to make yous soap out of a sugary base & hot process it, it would heat up very badly in the crock pot. Again, though, another benefit of hot process soap is that you can control which oil you superfat it with - so if you wanted an olive, coconut, and palm oil soap with a 5% superfat made completely of shea butter - you could do that with hot process, but not cold process. There are pros and cons for each.

Here's something you might enjoy reading.
