Cosmetic Notification forms

Hi all! I'm getting ready to submit forms to Health Canada, and I'm having a bit of a problem with my Soap form. I have my base formula listed, and I am guessing you'd need to add sodium hydroxide, and water, to the list, even though the SH doesn't remain in the final product. Would this be an incidental ingredient, along with the water? And for soap, because I'm using the form for multiple soaps, I'm adding each of the essential oils, and colourants, additives like calendula and vanilla bean etc. This form is going to become a book! If anyone could help me out, I would really appreciate it!! I'm looking forward to sharing more soon! Thanks!!
